Single Wheat Stalk Missional Worker Minute...

Youth Lock-In
Imagine... you sense God leading you to step up into His service. You want to reach a group in your neighborhood with the love of Jesus. You want to gather a group at work. You want to serve the poor. You want to reach out to students, to friends, to children. You want to serve in God's harvest field. All you need is some guidance, some training, and someone to help you out. Today, help has arrived!

Missional Worker Training equips you in your faith, in your witness, and for leadership in God's Kingdom. The 12-month process is user friendly and high quality. Missional Workers may serve outside the church as ambassadors for Christ or inside the church as servants in specialized ministry areas. Missional Worker Training results in a certificate that may be a precursor to more advanced LCMS ministry training.

A Missional Worker...

• desires to reach a specific group of people with the Gospel of Christ.
• acts on that desire by starting ministry efforts on a volunteer basis.
• is connected relationally with the people being reached.
• expands the reach of Jesus in the community.
• helps raise up new Missional Workers.
